Membership Modification

Membership modifications may take 2-3 business days to process. If you do not receive a response, please check your spam folder

Changes will not be processed without direct contact. Only annual memberships may be considered for cancellation. Documentation will be required for move and medical/illness. Memberships can only be changed one time in 12-month period. A 30 day notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations for memberships paid monthly must be received by noon on the 10th of the month and will be effective for the following month.

Placing a Membership on Hold

Memberships can be placed on hold for up to 3 months (full calendar months only) in a 12-month period. Hold requests must be received by noon on the 10th of the month prior.

If a member elects to cancel or hold their membership, all future class reservations/registrations that require a membership will be canceled. All cancellations are subject to a $5 service fee.
